I can’t quite wrap my head around why some managers seem to think spell check is just a suggestion. I mean, how can you critique someone’s performance when your own spelling, punctuation, and grammar are riddled with errors.

It’s like showing up to a cooking class and serving raw chicken while lecturing others on proper food safety!

So, the next time you’re ready to critique someone’s work, let’s just make sure your review doesn’t read like a cryptic message from a caveman. After all, if you can’t spell “accountability,” how can you hold anyone accountable?
